I’m overwhelmed with all the options it looks like are available to treat the skin conditions I want to address – HELP! Can you give me an idea of what I need if I don’t know what I need before I come in?

Yes, ABSOLUTELY!  Think of us as your living-your-best-life-aesthetic gurus who can advise you on the best products/treatments to achieve your goals based on our cumulative years in the aesthetic industry, seeing what works and what doesn’t. If you are a new to us client and are generally unsure of what treatments are best suited for you, you should book the New Client Consultation/Analysis. This option gives us plenty of time to get to know you and what you’ve tried in the past, assess your skin, and make recommendations with time for treatment the same day. 

During the New Client Consultation/Analysis, we will: 

1. Listen to Your Concerns: We’ll start by understanding your specific skin concerns, goals, and any problem areas you want to address, in addition to the sorts of things you’ve tried in the past that haven’t worked.

2. Skin Analysis: Using clinical evaluation, we’ll evaluate your skin type, condition, and any underlying issues that the average client might not be aware of.

3. Customized Recommendations: Based on our analysis and your goals, we’ll recommend a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include a combination of treatments such as medical-results-driven products, facials, chemical peels, lasers, microneedling, radiofrequency, microcurrent, LED Therapy, energy-based devices, and injectables. Once we agree on a treatment path, we will align it with your schedule and get you booked out so it’s easy and seamless!

4. Education and Information: We’ll explain each recommended treatment in detail, including how it works, the expected results, and any potential side effects or downtime. We’ll also answer any questions you may have to ensure you feel confident and informed and send you home with in-depth information so you can learn as much or as little as you’d like!

5. Start the Treatment Plan: Most of our clients are so excited to begin the transformation that they want to get started right away! That’s why we generously leave time in the initial booking to start with a treatment the same day. Typically, we start by getting the skin healthy and can suggest no-downtime options if that is the best fit for your schedule. 

Remember, our goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in your skincare journey. You don’t need to have all the answers before you come in—that’s what we’re here for!

I have a darker skin type. Do you offer treatments that are safe for my skin?

Yes! We have specifically curated ALL of our products and treatments based on their safety and efficacy for the lightest of light complexion to the darkest of dark complexion. That includes all of our specially selected laser, chemical peels, skin irregularity, and microneedling treatments. Does insurance cover my treatment?

While we believe that many of the skin, body, and wellness conditions our clinic addresses should be covered under insurance to support the vibrant, whole person, the reality is that the insurance industry just isn’t there yet.

FSA and HSA accounts are the best way to use health care-allowable dollars to pay for these types of things, as insurance does not typically cover them. We do not work directly with insurance or FSA/HSA plans, but we are happy to provide you with documentation to support the usage of these plans.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand that life can happen. We curate our office, our appointments, and every item to the last little detail to give you full attention and priority while you are in the office. the consultations and treatments of that all-knowing big sister that can give you the ins and the outs of the good stuff. We are able to do this because we attract the best clients!! As such, we are able to do this because the following layout is agreed upon as a result of any client appointment bookings and we aim to share it multiple times to ensure there is transparency: 

• Please give 48-hour notice for any Morpheus, Votiva, or New Client Consultation and Treatment that needs to be rescheduled to avoid losing the deposit fee. 
• We absolutely understand life happens, but we also need to protect our Premium Providers from having their schedules disrupted, which impacts their day and our patient’s expectations for customized protocols and interactions. These particular treatments take up a large part of their schedule so they can provide premium results, and as such, we require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule these appointments to avoid a $150 fee. 
• We require a $50 deposit for all new clients, which goes towards any products or services purchased the same day the appointment is scheduled.

Most of our treatments have little to no downtime, so you can get back to living your fabulous life right away! For some more intensive treatments, we’ll give you all the details upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

While our treatments are safe and performed by experts, some may experience mild side effects like redness or swelling, depending on the procedure. These are typically temporary, and we’ll make sure you’re fully informed of any potential risks before we begin.

How much do the treatments cost, and do you offer payment plans? 

We’ve got options for every budget! Prices vary based on the treatment, and yes, we offer flexible payment plans both in-house and/or through Cherry Financing because everyone deserves to feel amazing without stressing over finances.

How long do the results from the treatments last? 

Results vary based on the treatment, but many last for months! Botox, for example, can last 3-4 months, while treatments like peels can leave your skin glowing for much longer. We’ll help you maintain that glow with personalized aftercare tips!

Do you offer customized treatment plans based on individual needs? 

Absolutely! That is what we are all about here at Rejuvenation Skin Lab. Every client is unique, and so is their skin. We specialize in creating fully customized treatment plans tailored to your specific goals. We’ll create a custom roadmap to your skincare goals based on what YOU need.
